In-Person Events

Vida Mia partners with brands, Employee Resource Groups (ERGS), and event planners to build team building events at the office. This can include a guided wine or cocktail-tasting activation paired with foods of Latin American origin. Each experience is uniquely shaped for your team. When you partner with Vida Mia, you support an ecosystem of local businesses that can include our friends who are:

  • Food vendors

  • Musicians, DJs, and artists

  • Art museum curators

  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion experts

For companies seeking a beverage-forward experience with food, packages are built for the office. A minimum of 25 attendees is required and begins at $50/person. 

Virtual Cocktail Class

Our guides take you through a fun & cultural cocktail class for a duration of 60 minutes depending on the available time. Participants learn how to make a cocktail flight, learn the origins of the plants that produce the spirits and the communities that harvest the ingredients. We specialize in guiding our guests to taste mezcal and learn about plant varieties in Mexico. Class fees begin at $99/person and include a kit.

Custom Kits

 Created as add-ons for cocktail classes, hybrid events, or for your loved one. Celebrate your milestones with a custom beverage kit. Each kit includes a dehydrated citrus fruit, bar tool, cocktail mixer, and recipe card. Kits begin at $35 per box plus shipping and taxes (estimated at $42/person). 

Vida Mia Mobile Cafe

Our Happier Camper is available for private events to cater beverages. We will bring a full stocked mobile cafe designed for the occasion. Our package includes the following:

  • Four hours of service

  • Signature beverages (clients brings their own booze)

  • Professional mixologists and bar tools

  • Menu consultation, tasting, and in-depth shopping list

  • Fresh mixers - fresh squeezed juices, syrups, garnishes

  • Mexican- Inspired Beverage Station: Agua Frescas, Cafe de Olla, Chocolate Abuelita

  • Disposable glassware

  • Ice & Coolers

  • Liability Insurance

Package pricing is determined by the type of beverages desired and number of guests.
